My Anxiety,  my OCD
Most of the time I feel everything would be so much better if only I could get rid of it. If only I could stop my mind from overthinking. And I want to write a letter to my anxiety so here it goes.

Dear OCD
Sometimes all I want to say to you is why do you give me such a hard time, why do you not let me realx, why do you not let me be free. Why do you torture me,why do you scare me, why are you here.

On the other hand I want to thank to you, thank you for showing me how to see the world in a different way i wouldnt have if it wasnt for you. Thank yo for teaching me to be more understanding and accepting. Thank you for leading me to an open mind,

I hope one day I can be free from you, even though I will always be thankful for what you tought me, please set me free. Let me be happier and carefree, let me be healthier. Let me be grounded and have peace in my mind. Set me free

that you are anxious, and get frustrated, stressed and upset at yourself sometimes doesn't mean you are depressed,it means that even if it is hard to cope with your mind you accept that you have to and try your best everyday and its okay to cry sometimes
